This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities like the indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa lounge. the massage service was exceptional and left me feeling rejuvenated. the room advantages, such as private facilities, added to the comfort of my stay. the staff were attentive and the location, next to the Han River, was beautiful.
the bar/lounge area was not as exceptional as other aspects of this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated next to Han River, allowing for easy access to breathtaking views and peaceful walks along the waterfront. its prime location near a department store and two shopping malls ensures that guests have plenty of options for shopping and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries.
There was a slight miscommunication with the staff regarding directions from the train station to the hotel, resulting in a longer than expected journey.
